If I just do push ups and pull ups...

Is that all I need for upper body strength?

I ask because I use one of my days in my split dedicated to just pushups, pullups and crunches. I never know what to do the day after that, cause I feel like I worked on everything!

    Pushups:
    Triceps, Chest, Shoulders, Back

    Pull ups:
    Biceps, Back, Lats, even forearms

I guess if I were to ask a question, it would be: what should I do the day after my pull up push up day?
Neg "Neat" posts on sight. *******s.

    rest, eat, masturbate, repeat

but seriously, your entire upper body day cant consist of those three exercises. do you just do these because you dont have a gym membership? if so, go and buy one immediately.

    OP,

Don't confuse body building with general upper body fitness. If you're just looking to keep or add some upper body strength, it's just fine. If you're serious about bb then you will need to do much much more.

Eat for what you are about to do, not for what you have already done.

if i don't know how to cut ,why would i be bold enough to bulk?

'Failure' isn't a requirement for growth, but progression is.
