Hey everyone. So I'm gonna go ahead and say that this log probably won't be quite as extensive as some people have made theirs. I'm just gonna keep it straight forward and to the point. I just wanted to get my thoughts out there and keep everyone updated on the results I'm hoping to see. And at the same time I wouldn't mind getting input I see people giving on a regular basis.
So here we go, the stack I'm going to be implementing is gonna be based around the E-bol/C-bol combo because of all the praise it's gotten. The stack will look like the following:
- Anadraulic State (pre wo)
- VPX Power Shock (intra)
- Whey/NitroCore 24
- ON Fish Oil, ON OptiMen, ON ZMA
I guess for some quick stats:
I'm 21 years old, about 5'10.5", around 170 right now. During last summer I had bulked up to 180-183, but after cleaning up my diet and cutting some bad habits out of my life, along with some nice suppz and workouts, i cut down to 167-170. My body fat, even when i was aroun 180 was around 6-8% I believe, and I'm pretty sure it's still around that.
My goal for the next month+ (donno if i'm gonna do the 25 or 50 day stack yet) is to bulk back up to 180 while still maintaining a clean diet. I've already started on that and am around 172 right now. I am also just looking to gain muscle growth/strength, and some lean muscle mass. I am mainly going to be focusing on building my chest muscles more to increase those bench type lifts (BB,DB, etc.)
Some quick lifting stats would be:
Bench- ~235-240 1RM/205 6RM DB Bench- 95 DBs 8RM Inc DB Bench- 80 DBs 8RM
The rest you will kind of get a feel for as a type up my workouts for you. My splits right now will be Chest/Abs, Back/Bis/Fores, Shoulders/Traps, Legs/Tris.
So like I said this log is gonna be pretty raw. Every time I work out I'll track what I'm doing and report it to you, let you know how I felt throughout it, etc etc. You all are welcome to ask me to report details that you feel I'm leaving out as well.
