in haiti, cut is paused
What are your goals? to bulk up? to lean out?

Depends on what you're eating during your workout days and what you want to achieve. Keep in mind that your body is constantly repairing itself, even on off days.

Keep in mind, Muscle Protein Synthesis stays completely elevated for up to 41 hours so eat up on the days following resistance training and keep your protein intake high.

i eat less on my off days, sometimes.
im doing m/w/f like most (this week t/t/s due to back issues) but yeah occasionally i eat less, i dont count cals anymore i just eat when my body tells me to. It's really good at letting me know when it needs more, i just make sure when i get hungry i eat something w/ protein, generally on off days im not as hungry (after workout i eat everything in sight) but a few off days my appetite has been increased like 1000% (due to lifting so hard previously ) so ive actually eaten more.
i dont believe i should denie my body sustenance if it wants it... but too bad its getting it in the form of protein :P
you know now i think about my split i think i actually need more healthy fats in there. maybe i should start having pb sammich's daily just to make sure theyr in tact.
