    Magnesium creatine chelate vs Monohydrate?

^^^ what's the main difference besides magnesium creatine chelate retaining less water?

Which would be more beneficial in your opinion? A lot of research has been done and I have both arguments that are almost equal.
Pretty much came down to Controlled Labs - Green Magnitude vs USPLabs - Jack3d

    Thank you

I took green mag with jack3d until i ran out.

Green mag is a creatine supplement. Jack3d is a Pre-Workout supp. The amount of creatine in jack3d isn't enough to really benefit you
maybe it was my fault for letting you think i was ok when i wasn't. Maybe it's my fault that you didn't see that failure gave me strength and my pain is my motivation.

Any amount of creatine is enough to benefit you. Your body only makes a few grams at the most daily, so anything is a good addition.

but the supp marketers say creatine mono has "non responders" and causes major bloat in some people.

Jack3d has 1.5gs per scoop, just depends on how many scoops ur taking. I do 3 scoops so i really dont need any more extra creatine.
