    yeah i think you could eat it everyday, but i advise not eating a lot all in one setting. trust me from experance it may cause you to get cloged up if you know what i mean.

    I eat cottage cheese everday, and most of my new recipes contain atleast 1/2 cup cottage cheese! The kind I get is fat free but its low in carbs, sugar, and high in protein.

    Of course you can. As long as you don't get tired of it that is. I eat it almost everyday and I still love the stuff. It mixes well with everything, probably the most versatile protein food out there.

    Here is a stupid question. Could a person eat cottage cheese only diet(with a salad and whey shakes post wo)? I believe the 2% fat is 60% protein 20% fat and 20% carbs. The only draw back would be the sodium which is pretty high

    I would say thats not a great idea.

    You need other sources of protein to provide you with the other essential amino acids and nutriants. Cottage Cheese wouldn't suffice by its own.

    I agree with you on the nutrients part but cottage cheese provides you with all 9 essential amino acids plus other non essential aminos.

    It is indeed a complete protein source.
