ive been off it for like 6 months now. i have decided to start takin it again. i was on it for like 2 years lol without rly cycling it. now that i have given it a long good cycle. i wana take it again.
so anyways i have my old creatine monohydrate powder in fridge, still loooks same guess its good. ima take it later. now my question is this, how long will it take for me to retain the water size that creatinine mono gives and strength gains to kick in? Like how like a few hours? or a day or 2? what
explain plz cuz i forgot lol.
