Hi I am 17 years old and go to the gym 3-4 times a week, training different body parts and trying to gain weight. But I've stopped with any type of endurance training so I've decided to do interval training on the row machine. Is this good for burning fat but still gaining weight and stamina? How long should my intervals be and how much rest should i take?
