    Greg & Josie -- Two Pros road to the stage!

    Hello all, a lot of you know me already, I have been keeping a journal here since 2001; I stopped for almost all of 2009, time was lacking!!

    I (Josie) am a WBFF Pro Figure competitor and Greg is a Pro IFBB competitor, making his Pro debut in Tampa this year.

    We decided to share a journal because:
    1) A lot of people are asking about our preps
    2) We both lack the time to write one on a daily basis, so we will share the "writing"
    3) Our sponsors want to make sure we have followers









    We'll be sharing our preps and state of minds (probably me happy and him grumpy lol ) throughout the year!

    I hope you'll be following us!
