Heres what I'm doing right now.
Monday- Chest/Tris
Tuesday- Back/Bis
Wednesday- rest
Thursday- Legs/Shoulders
Friday- rest
Saturday- rest
Sunday- rest
Now the issue with that is that I feel like my bis and tris are getting a full workout because I'm damaging them quite a bit with the back and chest workout that I do prior.
Would it be smarter to switch it to something like this?
Monday- Chest/Back
Tuesday- Bis/Tris
Wednesday- Rest
Thursday-Legs/Shoulders
Friday- Rest
Saturday- Rest
Sunday- Rest
Or should I simply switch it to a 4 day split?
Monday- Chest
Tuesday- Back
Wednesday- Rest
Thursday- Bis/Tris
Friday- Rest
Saturday- Legs/Shoulders
Sunday- off
I'm pretty new to this, so any advice you guys can give would be great =)

Okay, so would you suggest doing something similar to this?
Chest/Tri
Back/Abs
Shoulders/legs
Bis/forarms
I'm still pretty new to all this, and it takes me a good 3 or 4 days to fully recover, so I defiantly can't work my bis or tris before chest at any point during the week, and I need to get them hit early enough so that they have time to heal for the next week.
