So I have this problem... I am 6 foot with a 6 foot 6 wingspan... Like my arms are incredibly long. I know I'm not that weak but man do I struggle on benching. I kept looking for answers and came across that it could be my incredibly long arms. What do you guys think? Does my long arms have a factor on bench?

I don't see the point of this thread. If you look at any powerlifter or anyone who has a record in bench their arms are like stumps. So yea the longer your arms are the more you have to move the weight that harder it is. But you can't change your arm length so you are going to have to deal with it. Its kinda common sense though arms are longer so you have to move it a greater distance which is harder...

my arms aren't quite as bad as yours, i have a 6'3" wingspan i think but work on your back flexibility, i have a flexible back so i can get a better arch than most people can to make up for the extra ROM from the long arms. and bench is one of my better lifts for some reason my deadlifts are fuking terrible i thought long arms were supposed to be good for those
