should I be using whey when losing weight

I'm in the process of losing body fat atm by doing cardio and strength training.

Should I be using whey protein during this process or wait until I can see some abs?

There's nothing wrong with using whey. I find whole foods do a much better job of curbing hunger though. If anything keep whey around your workouts pre/post.

I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with using whey protein during cutting.

As cheeseandrice said, it's always best to try and get your protein through whole foods, but sometimes that's hard, so it's always good to have a quality protein supplement.

Remember protein is very important, as it repairs damaged tissue in your body, and it is needed to maintain your muscle while in a calorie deficit.
