Looking for a new Multi Vitamin.

Currently taking Opti-Men, but I was told it the quality of vitamins and minerals they use is not the best quality.
I was looking to take Orange Triad but they use shellfish which im allergic to.

A lot of solid choices. A lot of people might say Orange Triad. But I'd save a few bucks and get SportPharma Multi-V. 45 days in one bottle too.

This would be a good choice, especially if you want to take beta-alanine and l-carnitine-l-tartrate daily (and they are worth taking). The only other one mentioned so that I would look at if I were you is Source Naturals Life Force. There are no "extras" in Life Force and the price reflects that -- it still has good forms of vitamins and minerals though.

Others to think about would be SAN Dr. Feel Good if you would like a mood/cognitive enhancement complex along with antioxidants, iForce's multivitamin if you want another on the simpler side, and that's about it. There aren't many worthwhile multi's out there, but I can't talk negatively about any in particular due to board rules.

You could also probably get by without a multi if your diet is fairly well-rounded. If it's not, don't use the multi as an excuse not to try to eat whole, nutrient dense foods.

BUMP! I have tried animal pak, orange triad, and a few other expensive multis but then came across source naturals Life Force and i love them! Now Adam is what I was debating between when I chose the Life Force.

Garden of Life - Vitamin Code

Ive heard that most multi vitamins are in an isolated form which is not how we get it from food so our bodies dont realyl recognize them very well, but with Garden of Life Vitamin Code its supposed to be more natural so our bodies recognize it and absorb it better.
