    Post-Workout Dizziness

I have just begun exercising after a long hiatus due to ankle surgery. I have had bouts of dizziness following my routine. I combine 30 minutes of cardio with about 30 minutes of lifting per day after work. Does this dizziness mean I am working out out too hard, or that I need to provide my body some fuel after my workouts?

it could be due to a few things, i would try a 5 minute cool down to let your heart rate come down slowly, also you may be getting low blood sugar by the end of your workout, consuming something sugary like some gatorade can help with this
