heya, today i ordered the advanced fat loss combo that BB has and i was really wondering since its a lot of supplements how could i time them. currently i am 87kg 1.80m and my body fat should be around 16-17% i am guessing. 5 months ago i was 100.5kg
Currently i work out 4 times Chest+biceps+45 min cardio
Legs+1hour cardio
back+triceps+45 min cardio
shoulders+1 hour cardio
and the only supplement i use atm is ON's 100% whey protein gold classic. i use 1.5scoope after my work outs only.
and here goes my diet.
wake up and eat special K cornflakes with skimmed milk (6:30 mornig)
sandwich with black bread low 1xslice of low fat turkey and 1xslice of low fat cheese (10:30)
grilled chicken and salad (13:00) or i might skip that and go to sleep untill (16:00) and then go to the gym
i spend about 2:30 hours at the gym. drink 1.5scoop ON's 100% whey protein gold classic right after my workout and about 30 mins after that i go home and eat grilled chicken and salad or 2x plain low fat burgers (without the bread) a salad and a small 0% fat yogurt
this is what i do 4 times a week when i go to the gym. the other 3 times a week its the same, i just dont skip the meal at 13:00
i was wondering how could i time and use theese supplements.
