Transformation With CreaDyl and NO-Beta - A Detailed Log
Like many other users, I have decided to participate in the Double-T 10-Week Challenge where I will be using CreaDyl and NO-Beta for 10-Weeks in hopes of making dramatic changes to my body.

My main goal is to put on as much muscle as possible while taking CreaDyl and NO-Beta, and if I happen to drop in body fat, that would be a plus.

Now, over the next 10-Weeks I will be keeping this log updated with my daily workout routine, along with picture updates, and body measurements. I will also be rating CreaDyl and NO-Beta on the following criteria:

Since you are taking both i would take my 6 no-beta and wash it down with 1.5 scoops of creadyl. seems to work great for most this way

You could even start with a lower dose of Creadyl too, I've used only 1 scoop for a while now and its worked great. If I really need an extra boost then I'll use 1.5 scoops, but its pretty rare

Do you guys down your CreaDyl before you workout, or do you drink it before and during?
I ask because it says to drink it before and during on the packaging, so thats what I have been doing.

Thanks! Just wish my stomach was in better shape. My rib-cage is huge though, so really my chest needs to be built up and my abs need to be worked. DoubleT should help with that!

NOTE: Right around when I started the Incline Dumbbell Press I started to have some extreme stomach discomfort. Bad enough that I called it quits and headed back to my house. At this time I decided this was a product of something I ate the previous evening.
Thoughts: Due to the stomach discomfort, I really did not get a chance to evaluate how I felt during the workout. Although I felt much better that evening, so I went back to the gym to try and give my chest another workout. So here is the second workout of the day.

Thoughts: Felt really good during this workout. No stomach discomfort, so I really think it was something I ate. I had plenty of gas left in the tank, but since I had worked my chest some earlier that morning I did not want to risk over-working my chest. I also felt like I was a lot stronger, like I could have easily gone up in weight for each one of my lifts.
Taste: 10/10 (Not what I expected from the Lemon Line CreaDyl, it had more of a creamy taste to it, but it was certainly good.)
Mixability: 9.5/10 (Seems to be just a small amount that settles in the bottom of my mixer. Plus there is a small foam build-up when you shake it up, but it goes away really quickly)
Energy: 9/10 (For now just a 9 since I really did not get a chance to find out since I had my workout broken up into two parts this day.)
Stamina: 9/10 (Did not spend a lot of time in the cardio area, but while I was there I felt in the zone, like I could go for days. So I am anxious to see where my stamina is on days I really push cardio.)
Pumps: ?/10 (I don't like to judge Pumps until I have had an Arm day. The Arms are what really tell me when something gives me a good pump.
Recovery: ?/10 (Nothing to report yet since this was the first day using CreaDyl and NO-Beta)
Side-Effects: 9/10 (For now I don't think my stomach discomfort was caused by these products, so I give this category a 9, but still could change, we will see.)

DAY 2
Follow-Up: I felt good today, my chest was a little sore from my workout yesterday, so at least I know I gave it somewhat of a workout.
NOTE: Today I am working out in the evening, so I took my first dose of CreaDyl on an empty stomach this morning. I mixed it with about 20oz. of water and downed it in about 5 minutes or so. Shortly after I started to get really hot and my upper body (arms, chest, back, and head) all turned bright red. It was like I had broken out in hives or something. No itching sensation, but I felt really warm. The warmth lasted for about 20 minutes, and my skin did not turn back to its normal color until about 1 hour later. Any thoughts? This did not happen yesterday, or during my workout tonight, so I am thinking because I drank it all in 5 minutes might have been the reason?

Energy: 10/10 (Moving up in the world. I felt full of energy, and not that jittery energy you get from some stuff, I felt focused, in control, and ready to do work for as long as I needed)
Stamina: 9/10 (Nothing really to report other than I never got tired through my workout. I should probably test my cardio sometime soon.)
Pumps: ?/10 (Tomorrow is Arm day, so I will report on the pumps then.)
Recovery: ?/10 (Still a question mark for me, let me see how my legs feel tomorrow.)
Side-Effects: 5/10 (I did not like what happened when I took that morning dose, as I mentioned above. We will see if it happens again.)

I did. I am taking a dose now on an empty stomach, so we will see if it happens again.
Other than that I am REALLY pleased with this stack so far. I feel like I have unlimited energy and strength in the gym. I see good things coming from using these products.

You are getting the niacin flush and probaly feeling the beta alanine working, perfectly normal.

Does this eventually stop? Just finished my morning dose and again, really hot in my upper body slightly red.
If it never goes away, I am just going to pump out some push-ups whenever I am taking it without working out. Every time I work out I never had this problem.

Day 3
Took a rest day. I have been off my sleeping schedule, so I did not get to bed till real late last night, which means I missed my early morning wake-up call, and it is impossible to get in a workout at my gym at night. So many people show up just to stand around and take up space, really pisses me off.
Anyways, first dose I had the same issue with getting really hot and turning red, although I did not have this issue for the evening dose.
Tomorrow will be Arms and Shoulders for me, so I will have a lot to report tomorrow since Arms are probably my favorite workout.

Thoughts: A solid workout, felt good, but I felt a little drained. As state earlier, my sleep schedule is all messed up, and last night I got maybe 4 hours of sleep, so I have been dragging all day. Other than that, I had a good, focused workout.
Taste: 10/10
Mixability: 9.5/10
Energy: 10/10 (Felt great during the workout.)
Stamina: 9/10 (Nothing really to report other than I never got tired through my workout. I should probably test my cardio sometime soon.)
Pumps: 10/10 (Excellent pumps. My arms felt huge today, and measured at 13.25 inches, up from 12.5 inches resting. A really nice pump.)
Recovery: 10/10 (Recovery seems to be excellent while taking this stack. My legs have felt great the past two days since I worked them, and I am ready to hit them hard again tomorrow.)
Side-Effects: 5/10 (Still getting hot and red when I take the CreaDyl without doing anything else. Seems to be lessening up though, so maybe it will stop after a few more doses.)

I drink mine pre-workout like you've been doing.
Usually sip on a BCAA product like Glutacene during the workout.
Also that hotness and uncomfortable feeling was just a niacin flush with a little beta-alanine tingling thrown into the mix. Its probably because you took it on a completely empty stomach. Your body will get used to it quickly, its perfectly normal

Good new is that I think I have my sleep schedule fixed, so I should be able to make my early morning workouts as originally planned. I really need to get in the habit of working out in the morning.
Another positive is that both doses of creadyl today were taken on an empty stomach and NO niacin flush, so it looks like I might be passed that stage.

For those following the conversation going back and forth about the niacin flush, it seems to hit me hard if I wake up and drink some creadyl first thing. Although if I drink it between meals, it doesn't hit me at all. This is something one can easily work around. So if you want to avoid the very uncomfortable niacin flush, try taking your solo-dose between meals and not when you first wake up.
ANOTHER NOTE: I am very pleased with my first week using CreaDyl and NO-Beta, so I have already placed an order for a few more tubs of CreaDyl so I will be sure not to run out.

Yeah, it was terrible. One sleepless night threw me off for the whole week. I needed my weekend to reboot.
My gym here is SO crowded at night you can't get anything done. Everyone just stands around talking and not doing work, really annoying. In the morning there is next to no one lifting, and those who are, are actually doing work.
It kind of sucks during the weekend though, because the gym doesn't open until 9am on Saturday, and 12pm on Sunday, so that kind of throws me off from my usual workout time also.
Oh well.

NOTE: Approached my workout a little different today. I really focused on the negative portion of my lifts, so I had to lower my weight to pump out the reps I did. Felt really good, and we will see tomorrow whether or not I worked my muscles hard enough.

Thoughts: Good workout. I am curious to see how focusing on the negative hits me tomorrow morning. I feel like I got in a good workout, but there is a part of me that feels I did not do enough, so I am not sure. CreaDyl and NO-Beta still working well, I am very pleased.
Taste: 10/10
Mixability: 9.5/10
Energy: 10/10 (Felt great during the workout.)
Stamina: 9/10
Pumps: 10/10
Recovery: 10/10
Side-Effects: 7/10 (Still got the niacin flush, but it seems to only happen if I take a dose first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. If I take it between meals, it doesn't seem to hit me at all.)
