How much weight can you loose on Keto in 10 months?
Like 80 lbs

Depends upon how much body fat. The less body fat, the slower the weight loss. Men 200 pounds or less have a tougher time shedding a great deal more. Not impossible though.
Guys that weight around 250 seem to get to 200 pounds pretty quick than it slows or almost a dead stop.
So it all depends upon your body type and your metabolism.

What he said. Depends on how much you have to lose. 80lb in ten months is possible if you have a lot to lose.
65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

I will usually drop about 10 pounds the first week...2nd week about 5-8...week 3-5 about 5....then I level out to about 1-2 per week. This is close to what I've noticed with friends also.....

Yeah, measuring is so much better. Also, you can notice changes yourself by becoming more vain and looking in the mirror. Another option is to take a photo each week in the same location (against a plain wall) with the same standing pose. Sometimes you don't think theres been that much of a change until you flip back through them.

It sounds terrible, but I find I pat myself. I'll be minding my own business, then I notice that my hips are smaller or my thighs feel different from before, and I keep patting them to make sure it wasn't my imagination.

I'm sure 50-60% of that first week is water........My appetite drops rapidly after the first week....
