Mainly because I need a serious kick up the butt to keep myself motivated, so will be posting here with my progress.
Supplements: Whey protein, multi-vit.
Weight as of 1/11/09: 145lb
Monday 11th Jan 2009:
Squat 3x5: 55kg (121lb)
Bench Press 3x5: 40kg (88lb)
Deadlift: 1x5: 70kg (154lb)
Managed all of these fairly easily, legs are slightly sore sitting here writing this up, last bench rep was super slow almost failed.
Aiming for gallon of milk a day, but I am finding it pretty tough going, hopefully will get used to it soon. Eating 5-6 meals a day consisting of some mix of: eggs, chicken, minced beef, vegetables, pasta, white rice, potatoes. As well as snacking on nuts and pieces of fruit throughout the day.
