KB couldn't order an iScale thanks to you... I think you ordered the last one haha.
If you think you're cheating hard, try going on vacation for a week haha. From the looks of your new ab pic and other more recent pics, I would say you're a bit leaner than me atm... ~11%.
Guys always bring down 5 star threads in the workout log section for the lols, which is why there are more 4 star threads than 5.
Congrats on being featured on Berto's site!

Just relax on vacations & don't worry about cheating... it won't affect you in the long run.
I would know because I used to 1 star all the 5 star journals for the lols over a year ago & so did tallguy on all of his troll accounts... I always make it a point to 5 star them now though.
Most people don't seem to have great abs unflexed until ~9-10%. I can tell you don't have a whole lot more fat to lose around your abs though till then. It's possible you could be 12% but definitely no higher than that.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

yeah man i dont hold a lot of fat in my midsection it seems i hold a lot of facial fat/lower back and legs, but yeah i cant wait to hit 9-10% i dont think ill stop on july 4th but only time will tell. im not losing strength and in a lot of exercises im still gaining so that should be good.
time to start getting serious with counting cals now that i have my iScale though haha btw what do you put food on? just on a plate and zero it on the plate and add food or?~Sh!tty Chest Crew~ CEO & Founder

I hold a ton of fat on my legs and am holding more fat on my waist atm than you are. Great to see you're not losing strength... good sign that things are going smoothly.
I use the tray that came with my old non-electronic scale to put meat. Anything that I'm eating by itself I'll just put it on the glass. If I'm using a plate, I put it on the scale and just zero it out.5/3/1 Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137728193

Dont worry so much about that. EAT RIGHT, gain a lot of muscle and strength which in turn will increase your metabolism so your body will need more calories as fuel. This will keep fat slowly burning. Just live the bodybuilding lifestyle ~ Rubicon

started RJ Perkins Power/Hyper today, it was fun as hell. Did upper power and just ramped up weights, bench was weak because I did it the other day and chest was sore/didn't warmup but other than that went solid! I still have to make the max-ot transformation vid but im going to start the new log in a bit, as soon as i'm done with the vid~Sh!tty Chest Crew~ CEO & Founder
