    which method do you use to lose fat?

    Quick background I am cutting now and have gone down from 192lbs to 177lbs in the last few months. Ive managed to go from about 17% bf down to 13/14%. Ive been doing 15 mins of HIIT - basically sprint for 30 sec, walk for 45 sec then repeat - 5 times a week. I feel like I have plateaued slightly and don't want to drop any more cals (already 2300/day). I was thinking of doing moderate cardio with an HR of 125-135 for about 30 mins as I heard this I a good way to burn fat.

    Which method is better in your opinion for losing fat and keeping muscle on?

    u probably need to just lose a little more fat to get to %12 then u can clean bulk or maintain. one way i have been able to cut calories easily is by using a version of intermittent fasting, i skip breakfast and don't eat til lunch, i train fasted and have an 8 hour eating window, this makes it easy to eat way fewer calories than i'm used to. maybe u can drop your calories to 2000-2100 a day using this method to lose the last little bit of fat.
