Here is my dilemma, I have been lifting for around a year and a half now. I never really was on a program. I tried Starting Strength for a little while, but I quickly had to stop simply because I have a issue with my left hip. My chiropractor says my hip rotates and I have to figure out a way to stabilize it. Therefore squatting and dead lifting was out for me. What type of program should I do? I want to work legs still but I just think those compound lifts are probably too strenous on my hip, and I also had to take into account the leg length discrepentcy in result of the rotated hip (ex: Left Leg is longer than right as a result). Can someone recommend me a program that would suit my needs? Also my gym days that I go are three days in a row because those are the only days I can get there. I run 2 other days a week outside the gym. My goal isn't so much as to gain great size, but I definitely want to increase my strength. BTW, I just started foam rolling to possibly help remedy my hip issue since the chiro I went to seemed to not be helping me at all and I don't really have money to check out another.
Thanks,
Jesse
