are you considering fiber? i think peanut butter nets like 2g carb or so per tablespoon. and 1 tablespoon is 100 calories.. so unless you are pigging out on the stuff i dont see what the problem is.Vegan

I too weigh out exactly 32 grams when I have some. And I NEVER have more than a serving a day. In that sense, I think it's fine for keto.
However. If you're innocently sneaking a spoon dip here or a finger lick there lol...it certainly adds up and becomes not so friendly...~Impatience never demanded success~

PB seems to stall me...but I eat it anyway. I'm addicted to Jiff extra crunchy. **sigh** I think I may be sensitive to peanuts. I talk about this a bit in the FAQ...peanuts are not nuts...they are legumes. For some reason people have varied reactions to them. I think it's because a lot of people have very mild peanut allergies...but that's just my two cents.
