    Best weight scale

I been researching scales on Amazon and it seems like all the scales seem to have lots of problems of being inaccurate, stops working after a few months, being inconsistent etc. I was wondering what scales do you guys use, what do you guys recommend?
I just want to be skinny. I'm tired of being fat.

I'd say calipers > scale anyday. BF% reading is more accurate than weight which includes water weight and other sources that may add on to the scale. Anyways, if you really want a scale I'd go with one of the old school ones which are not electronic.

I have a digital scale made by "Taylor" that I picked up at walmart. It is accurate with itself and shows me consistently @5lbs liter then the medical scales at my work and gym. I can get on and off it in the morning and it will read the same weight each time, it does not flucuate at all.

If you need a scale, medical grade is the only accurate way to go.

simple. Any digital scale that will display the same weight consecutively at a weight in.

    I've got one of these:
    http://www.healthchecksystems.com/he...eter_402kl.htm

Very, very satisfied...the consistency is beyond anything I could get with spring/digital scales. If you're serious about a scale, go w/ a medical grade balance.

Tanita is the most accurate I've seen. Don't bother with all the features, just go for a nice digital scale that weighs you.

Thanks! I went on amazon and read the reviews for them and they all got good reviews! I'm looking to either get the Tanita HD-366 or Tanita HD-351. Which model do you think I should get?

A Health-o-Meter, huh? A small digital scale of that brand is sold at Walmart for $18: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Health-o-m...Scale/10264536

I am tempted to buy it, except that I know it was probably made by slaves in China. I hate Walmart.

    I have this one: http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/prod...1&SKU=14706127

I'm very happy with it. So far it's been very consistent with my weight and BF tracking. Although it has been indicating that I have been losing muscle mass and I really hope that the scale is wrong in that aspect. My lifts are still as strong as they have been so maybe the scale is wrong now. But so far it has tracked me perfect. I'd buy it again.

Digital scales aren't very accurate. If you want precise weight measurements then get yourself a doctor balance beam type of scale. They cost $100 - $400.
