What's going on everyone?
I was one the lucky few who were chosen to test and log the new Flex Wheeler signature series by All American EFX.
My goals on this stack are to add as much LBM as possible and increase my strength. I am currently bulking with a high protein, high carb, and low fat diet, eating between 5 and 7 meals a day.
Let's get to the good stuff!
The stack I am testing includes Cell Rush, EFX Nytric Pro, and EFX Kre-Alkalyn Pro.
As recommended by Eric Broser, my dosage is as follows:
CELL RUSH
Training Days: One serving 30-45 minutes before training (additional serving after training is optional)
Off Days: 1/2 to 1 full serving upon awakening
NYTRIC PRO
Training Days: 2 tabs 30-45 minutes before training and 1-2 tabs immediately after.
Off Days: To me, use on these days is optional, but you could take 1 tab 30 minutes before meals 1, 3, 5.
KA Pro
Training Days: 2 tabs 30 to 45 minutes before training.
Off Days: 1 tab immediately upon waking and one tab anytime a boost is needed.
After receiving my supplements, the very first thing I noticed was the appearance how well the products are packaged. You can tell that AAEFX spent a lot of time and effort into putting out a complete package with their products. I am no newb when it comes to supplements, and this was the first time that I was actually impressed with the presentation.
The Kre-Alkalyn Pro and Nytric Pro are both in the standard pill form, but the Cell Rush is actually a liquid which is something I have not yet seen.
As I am in a bit of a rush but was excited to get this log rolling, updates and more logging to come shortly!

1st Official Workout!
Back and Deads
So as some of my friends and the AAEFX guys on this forum know, I am healing up from an arm injury that occured a few months ago, and I have not hit upper body workouts since then. Tonight was my first official upper body blasting workout.
Back and legs are the only muscles I can hit without any pain, so expect lots of deads and squats in this coming log!
I took my Cell Rush, Nytric Pro, and KA Pro about 15 minutes before I made the walk over to the gym.
As soon as I began warming up and hitting deads, I could feel energy and readiness to lift exploding. I didn't want to kill myself on my first workout back, but I think I did a damn good job during this workout.
I started off with deadlifts (with straps). I have never been the strongest guy, and 275 on deads was never exactly "light" for me, but during this workout, 275 on deads felt like 185. A lot of my gym friends were pretty surprised to see me doing deads coming off an injury, but thats how I roll!
Pullup Warmup (one set medium grip, one set wide grip, one set close grip)
BW x 10
BW x 10
BW x 10
DL's
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 5
275 x 5
275 x 5
275 felt very light, and I was tempted to toss on 315 and kill it, but I decided I will be hitting deads a lot and that 275 was more than sufficient to wreck my back.
Hammer Strength Low Row (#'s = Barbell weight)
185 x 10
225 x 10
275 x 12
275 x 12
225 x 12 / 225 x 8 (rest pause)
Close Grip Iso Pulldown
170 x 15
190 x 12
210 x 10
Lat Pulldown
150 x 15
150 x 15
Cable Straight Arm Pulldown (use this exercise to stretch out the lats)
3 sets x 20
Shrugs
135 x 10
225 x 10
315 x 10
315 x 10
9/10 workout, numbers weren't jumping out of the gym and can't execuse some of my stape back exercises (BB Row, T-Bar row), but things felt great and my energy was through the roof!

wow thats a pretty sick comeback workout, when you told me you did deads i thought you meant like 185.
glad to hear you like the cell rush, nytric, ka pro pre-wo combo.
im sure you are still (understandably) upset that you can only train back/legs but chest was always your strong point anyway. and when you come back to training chest i think your strength/size will shoot up quickly

185?! I don't play around Joe!!!!
I wasn't expecting to go very heavy, but as I started I could tell that deads weren't giving me any pain and that I could hit them hard.
Yeah, I am still pretty upset about the injury but I've been re-discovering my love of deads and squats
The only way to do it! Hit the ground running and don't look back
Thanks buddy, I can't wait to see how my big lifts progress during this log also, should be quite interesting. My AAEFX Log

Did it once again!
Went to the gym saturday and I was warming up my injured arm was not feeling up to par so I took it easy and rested up the arm.
Got to the gym pretty late and didn't have a ton of time to workout, but I knew this dead and squat workout would be brutal and wouldn't require a ton of time so I got in and hit it hard and got out in 45 minutes. The extra rest really did wonders for my arm as today it felt fantastic!
Tonight - Feb 15th
Deads and Squats
Deadlifts
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 3
275 x 3
315 x 5
335 x 5
355 x 5
Squats
135 x 10
225 x 10
275 x 8
275 x 8
275 x 8 / 225 x 6/ 135 x 10 (absolutely done after this set)
Hammer Strength Row
225 x 10
275 x 10
315 x 10
275 x 10
Leg Extensions / Lying Ham Curl (unrecorded weights, I don't much stock in the numbers on these lifts anyway)
3 sets x 15 / 3 sets x 15 (superset)
BW Lunges
1 set x 40
Felt like I needed a stretcher to walk out the gym tonight! 10/10 workout, everything went very smooth. My AAEFX Log

You are the dropset king Joe! Drops on deads, squats, you name it haha
My PR is 365 x 5. In the past I was never a big deadlifter, but now I'm seeing why everyone loves them so much.
Can't wait for the next DL sesh.
Light workout on tap for today, abs/calves. Still recovering from last nights workout. My AAEFX Log

Don't worry, they only look decent flexed, otherwise they look puny LOL
I have all inside calf and Joe has monster outer calves, only if we could combine and make one dominant calf HA!
It was a combined back and leg day, threw in a lil' somethin' somethin' haha
Thanks man. My goal is to counterbalance all the college kids who only do upper body haha. I plan on being very bottom heavy by the end of this log hahaMy AAEFX Log
