euro_luzr's Official Double-T Sports Transformation Challenge LOG

Here's my weekly log for the transformation challenge. First and foremost, I am proud to take part of this challenge as it will keep me motivated to continue to stay fit and discipline in my lifestyle. I hope I can learn many more things about training, supplementation, eating, and other advices that come from YOU.
Although I have "my" personal routines, I always seek different routines from others through sites/forums here and a few magazines. I do this to overcome plateaus. For this 10-week Challenge, I will be following/using Kris Gethins's Video Trainer. I've never done this routine before but it looks challenging for me.

...so far its been almost a week into this Challenge as I started on 1/4/10. But the same night that I took my photos, I had issues with my computer and the site, therefore, I offically uploaded them on 1/5/10. I hope this doesn't become and issue. I think my start date would be 1/5/10 right? Can someone help me find out what date is official for me?

    Anyways, the reviews:
CreaDyl is an awesome product. It gave me alot of energy and the taste is amazing. I got the Orange Cream. it tastes like an orange creamsicle. Since it has only about 30 servings, I only take it on workout days. I'm looking forward to the 2nd week as to see how much strength I would have from taking CreaDyl.
No-Beta is also a great product, I've experienced tingling sensations, interesting pumps, and extra strength to keep going. For my first 2 workouts, I popped all 6 tablets prior to workout. 6 tablets at once was too much for me because with the massive pumps I got during exercise, I could not complete some of my reps due to the crazy pumps. So, I've taken a different approach by taking 2 tablets in the morning with my multivitamins and 4 before my workout.
Overall, stacking these 2 supplements, has made my workout intense and interesting because it felt like the pain was blunted and I could keep going in the gym.

There you have it folks,....I can't wait to experience more gains next week.

    In addition to my log~
I will also be listing the supplements I take along with the CreaDyl & No-Beta.

My Workout splits follows as the in the 12-week Video Trainer by Kris Gethin:
Monday - Chest, Triceps, & Abs
    Tues - Cardio
Wed - Back, Biceps, & Calves
    Thurs - Cardio
Friday - Legs, Shoulders, & Abs
    Sat - Cardio
Sun - Cardio (my option to rest)

It looks like a simple workout plan but I do the most to make it intense. Thats why I have somewhat rest days inbetween. And I chose this type of splits because I work early in the day and workout afterwards in the afternoon. It can be tiring at times because of i do physical work at my job too which takes away some energy when its time to hit the gym.

    Supplements:
    CreaDyl
    No-Beta
    Scivation Xtend
    TestX6

I will be logging in the workouts soon.

Week 1 is done and I have to say that it looks like its going to be tough staying focus for the next 9 weeks. I had a good workout for the 1st week. Creadyl is awesome, it has good mixibilty and taste is 9/10. After a while it starts to taste like orange Tang without the tang! on the 1st week, I popped all 6 tablets before workout and that way gave me the niacin flush. I felt the tingles too. I am now taking 2 in the morning with my multis and 4 before workout. I like the No-Beta because of its pumps and focus. Also, I've mentioned before that I am taking TestX6 with it too. I can't quite review TestX6 yet but it did help in my sleep pattern in the past week.

    Last monday 1/13/10 was Chest/Tri

Week 2 is over with the last 2 days(saturday & Sunday) ended up with no gym time due to family in town and I was their tour guide and driver. I was able to eat 5 times a day by bringing a protein shake and bar before we left the house. Eating out was a big challenge because we went to buffets. Today I'll be checking my weight and hitting the gym for sure.

Today marks the beginning of my 3rd week and its a holiday-MLK day. I'll be hitting up Chest and Tri's. Hopefully, I could be getting my body stats to see any changes in the last 2 weeks. Also, I'll try and take pics. I'm pretty content because I did get compliments from my visiting family.

    until then...

so much for reporting here weekly, I just happen now to find the time to log in my workouts and evaluations on the CreaDyl and No-Beta. Well, today I really had an awesome workout thanks to the supps.

    Wednesday 1/20/10 Back and Bi's
    it went down like this:
    Alternating Machine Lat pulldowns
    70x15
    100x12
    120x10
    130x10
    Hyper Extensions
    0x15
    10x15
    25x12
    Bent Over BB Row
    95x15
    135x12
    185x7
    Deadlifts
    95x15
    135x12
    185x9
    DB Pullovers
    40x12
    50x10
    60x10
    ~Biceps superset session~
Standing Cambered bar curl superset with standing reverse grip cambered bar curl
    45x10/10
    50x10/10
    60x10,50x10
Cross body Hammer curl superset with Pronated Hammer curl
    25x10/10
    25x10/10
    30x10/10
by now my arms were pumped and some veins were popping out...
    ...then next was a Tri-set = 21s
Incline seated hammer curls, then 45 degree hammer curl, then supinated DB curl (no rest)
    20x7/7/7
    20x7/7/5
    30x7/7/5
it was supposed to be all 7s but at this point my arms were swole and couldn't complete the last reps...
My partner was freakin out and asking was my pumps were from the No-beta, i said hell yeah. I felt good in a way that I had a great workout.
    lastly, Seated Calf Raises
    160x10
    160x10
    160x10

Conclusion: When I went to the gym I didn't have time to take my CreaDyl and No-Beta beforehand, so I mixed it up and starting drinking and taking the pills as I made my way up to the Weight room. Even though I took my supplements during the first exercise, I still felt the energy and focus. For some reason, during the workouts, I don't feel tired, I always fell like I can do more exercises. I'm not sure if anyone else felt that same way. Overall, massive pumps, lots of energy, and not tiresome just by taking those 2 supps.

Thanks mikawill!, I try to change it up at times to hit the muscle in all angles. I tend to depend on supplements but its probably just the mentality that I'm on it.

Friday 1/22/10 Legs, shoulders, and abs
I didn't get to complete my workout on friday because I had an unexpected call to pick up my son.(don't worry my sitter needed to go somewhere important) I only completed 2 exercises then I left. Good thing thing is that I did 4 sets that really made my legs ache the next day.
Anyways, I took a scoop of CreaDyl and 6 tabs of No+Beta preworkout.

    Narrow Squats
    135x12
    185x10
    225x7
    245x5
I was able to lift 20lbs more on the last set because I took off my shoes and did them with my socks on. I really had a better foundation. I did what Drooks did and thought it was funny afterwards but I did it.
    Leg Press
    270x10
    360x10
    450x10
    540x10
I was sweatin it at this point but too bad i had to go. I just told myself to come back tomorrow to finish it up even though I can still feel the tingles.

    Next Day - Saturday 1/23/10
    Shoulders and Abs
so here I am back at the gym to work on shoulders. I took 1 scoop CreaDyl and 6 tabs of No-Beta preworkout then sipped on Xtend during the workouts.
    DB Rear Raises
    50x15
    60x12
    60x12
    70x10
    DB Front Raises
    40x15
    55x10
    60x10
    70x7
    Seated DB Press
    80x12
    120x10
    140x8
    150x7
    Upright BB Rows
    60x12
    70x10
    80x10
    90x7

Now that my shoulders were pumped, I felt I could do more other exercises. I wasn't ready to call it a day, so I decided to pump up my arms.
    Seated Preacher Curls
    45x12
    65x10
    75x10
    85x4 dropset to 45x8
    Standing Tricep Pushdown
    100x15
    130x12
    160x10
    175x10
    Hanging Leg Raises
    3 sets of 20

Overall Thoughts: Stacking CreaDyl and No-Beta is a powerful combination because it provided strength, focus, and noticeable pumps(my favorite). For every workout, I notice that I don't get tired after a complete workout. I feel like I can keep going but I limit myself to not overtrain. Thumbs up to 2 awesome Supps!

Last workout was Saturday 1/23/10 Shoulders
Sunday 1/24/10 was rest day - I took my son to watch Disney on Ice Worlds of Fantasy. The show was great but my son wanted to leave after he watched the "Cars" characters. He got bored later watching the Little Mermaid, Lion King, and Tinkerbell.

Monday 1/25/10 Start of Week 4
    Chest and Triceps
    Incline Bench DB Press
    90x12
    140x12
    170x10
    200x8 (1st time lifting 200lbs on DB)
    Flat Bench DB Press
    140x10
    160x10
    180x7
    Decline Hammer Strength Machine
    96x15
    186x12
    276x10
Pec dec flye machine (alternating reps 5 full motion, 5 close short motion, repeat)
    100x20
    120x20
    140x20
    Tricep DB Overhead Extensions
    60x10
    70x10
    80x10
    90x5
    Reverse Grip Tricep cable Pulldown
    70x15
    100x12
    130x10
    Dip Machine
    225x10
    255x10
    300x10

    Supplements:
    Morning-
    3 Multivs
    1 CLA
    1 Viper
    Preworkout-
    1 Metrx Colossal Brownie
    1 scoop CreaDyl
    6 No-Beta
    Intra workout-
    4 Scoops Xtend
    Postworkout-
    2 scoops Syntha-6
    Before bed-
    1-1/2 scoop Syntha-6
    4 TestX6

    Overall thoughts:
I had another awesome workout thanks to the Supps taken. I didn't get the full niacin flush like I used to preworkout for some reason. I got tons of energy and strength especially on the Incline DB Press. Again, I'm receiving incredible pumps from the No-Beta. Everytime I receive awesome workouts, I get motivated to look forward to see how the next workout will look like.

    Workout Thoughts:
I was alone today and my workout was intense! I took 1 scoop CreaDyl and took 3 No-Beta preworkout. i took the other 3 No-Beta right before the Shoulder workouts. i received alot of mental focus and explosive strengths today. I don't really know if it was the CreaDyl or No-Beta at this point, i was thinking to myself that it could be higher testosterone due to taking TestX6 for the last few weeks. I've lifted heavy today by myself and really concentrated on doing it. i was pumped and had crazy energy. I took new photos tonight for Week #4. I think I lost some weight. tomorrow I'm going to get my measurements and update my profile.

    Workout Thoughts:
OMG! This was the first time I tried PCs followed by FRMs and I got the pumps of my life. On the FRMs, I controlled the movement while lowering each weight slowly on the count of 2 sec. It was tough but I enjoyed the pumps it gave me. Again, I was by myself and the No-Beta kept me focused while I felt the Niacin rushing in my head. I just loved how the supplements are still working great for me everytime I consume a single serving each time. I'm running low on the Supplements and I will be placing another Order soon. Now I can't wait for the next workout which will be Back and Biceps and will try to implement the Bulging Biceps routine.

    Supps:
    1 scoop ON Whey Protein 30mins Pre-WO
    1 scoop CreaDyl Pre-WO
    6 No-Beta Pre-WO
    4 scoop Xtend Intra
    1 scoop BSN Syntha-6 Post-WO

    Seated calf press
    135x15
    180x15
    225x15
    270x15

    Supplements:
    1 scoop ON Whey Protein 30mins Pre-WO
    1 scoop CreaDyl pre-WO
    6 No-Beta pre-WO
    4 scoops Xtend - Intra
    1 scoop Myofusion Post-WO

    Thoughts:
I had a strong back workout at first, I completed all my target reps. When it was time for biceps, i was getting pretty fatigue after the first exercise. I wasn't sure if I wasn't dialed in cause I didn't feel much of the niacin flush cause maybe I didn't take Creadyl and No-Beta on an empty stomach? I think I need to raise my dosage of both the CreaDyl and No-Beta. I hope my body doesn't get tolerant to such doses. Later that afternoon, I felt so tired and took a nap right after I ate. I didn't know why I felt that way since I don't really take naps.
Well, I'm half way through the Challenge and I'm going to re-stock my supplements(CreaDyl, No-Beta, and TestX6) I just ran out of TestX6. This Friday is payday and I'm putting in an order for the supps above, and more protein!

    Workout Thoughts:
CreaDyl and No-Beta didn't let me down today. First off, I usually go to the gym right after work. Work was busy that day and was kinda tired by the time I got off. I took the supplements and focused on hitting my workouts hard. It was hard at the beginning, but once I felt the no-beta and got into the groove, i pushed myself to do it. It was one of those days that you wouldn't wanna care and rest alot. I didn't do that though, I imagined myself pushing the weights rep after rep. I keep reminding myself that every workout counts towards the goal. I felt like throwing up during the leg workouts but once I got to working shoulders i felt good, thats why i hit my shoulders with a random superset on the 2nd exercise. Overall, i was glad I found motivation in myself and by taking the CreaDyl and No-Beta.

    Supplements:
    1 scoop Creadyl Pre-WO
    6 No-Beta Pre-WO
    3 scoops Xtend Intra
    2 scoops Myofusion Post-WO

I placed an Order for another tub of CreaDyl and TestX6 and more protein. Hopefully, my free sample of GlutaCene will be here the time I get my order.

2 scoops XF lemonade Protein Post-WO
    1 scoop Myofusion Before Bed
    4 TestX6 Before Bed

    Overall Thoughts:
I had a pretty long day. I got up at 2am to get ready for work at 3. Took my multis and a scoop of Protein. I worked 10 hours that day and made sure that I feed every 2-3 hours which meant also supplementing with protein bars, fruits, and shakes. Right after work, I headed over to the gym and started taking my CreaDyl. I was tired again but that didn't stop me from working out. Once the supps were absorbed, I felt the flush and the tingles and ready for work. I didn't think I was capable of lifting the weights above because I thought i was somewhat tired from work. With the boost and focus from the supps, I threw in different routines to hit my muscles in different ways. i was pumped and energized. I couldn't believe that last exercise of supersets that i did. I exploded with energy to pull that off. Thanks to CreaDyl and especially No-Beta for keeping me going and pushing more weights. As in my previous workouts, I experience the same levels of energy even though I start the workouts tired. I always give it my all.

My order of supplements arrived in the mail yesterday so now I'm equipped. I ran out of TestX6 last Friday and didn't get the mush rest I needed. last night I took the TestX6 and yet again experience the deeper sleep and wild dreams. TestX6 is amazing! now i'm just waiting to try the GlutaCene sample that i thought i was receiving...?

Tuesday 2/09/10 Rest Day I wanted to workout but got stuck preparing my taxes. And my dog got ill. Oh well.

    Wednesday 2/10/10 Back & Bi's
I got excited to hit back today but first had to drop my dog off to the Vet. On my way to the Gym, I was sipping on my CreaDyl and couldn't find my No-Beta tablets. I forgot them at home and decided to go directly to the gym instead. Nonetheless, I still had a great workout without the No-Beta.

    155x10
    175x8

    Standing DB Curls(per hand)

    50x10
    60x10
    70x7
    Tri-Set "21" Incline Bench - hammer curls/45degree hammer/supinated curl
    20x7/7/7
    20x7/7/7
    20x7/7/7

No Cardio due to leaving to pick up my dog at the Vet.

    Overall Thoughts:
Workout was still great despite not having/taking No-Beta pills. I felt a great deal of energy and endurance with just CreaDyl and Xtend. I pushed myself just like I would if I had taken No-Beta. My pumps were not super but my strength was still there. Next time, I will not forget to bring my No-Beta. I felt a difference in focus and pumps without taking No-Beta.

    Supplementation:
orange triad multis in the A.M.
    1 scoop ON Whey Protein
    1 scoop CreaDyl Pre-WO
    3 scoops Xtend Intra
    1.5 scoops XF Protein Post-WO
    Orange triad Multis w/dinner
    1.5 scoops MyoFusion before Bed
    4 TestX6 before bed

    Supplements:
1 scoop XF Whey in the AM
    Multis in the AM
    1 scoop CreaDyl Pre-wo
    6 No-Beta Pre-wo
    1.5 scoop GlutaCene Intra
    1 pill Viper (pre-cardio)
    2 scoops XF Whey Post-WO
    1 scoop Myofusion Before Bed
    4 TestX6 before bed

    Overall Thoughts:
Workout was great for a Saturday. Motivation was a 7/10. I focused on pushing more weights and done so. Energy and focus was excellent as usual with the CreaDyl & No-Beta. This time I felt the tingles for quite a while, I know it was from the beta alanine in both products but I also think it is in the GlutaCene since I sipped on it Intra workout. That kept my drive going throughout.

    GlutaCene thoughts:
It was my first time taking GlutaCene and it tasted awesome. I had the wild berry. Mixability was good. Although, it gave me a little hot sensation compared to chewing a cinnamon gum. Everytime I sipped it that what I felt in my mouth and throat area but only for a brief moment. It was sort of weird. GlutaCene gave me the endurance I was after and hopefully a fast recovery. I enjoy it and will continue to use it right next to Xtend. I would definitely order more because i would like to stack Double-T Sports products altogether for incredible results.

until next workout,... Happy Heart Day!

    Sunday 2/14/10 Heart Day
I've decided to hit the gym today. I thought my shoulders needed more work. I changed it up today and did a totally different routine to shock my shoulders and body. I used light to moderate weight with a twist of supersets.
    Exercises:
DB Side raises superset into -->BB Military presses(behind the head)
4 sets 10 reps each exercise
    40x10/40x10
    40x10/40x10
    50x10/50x10
    50x10/50x10
continued the same supersets but included 2 more workouts
DB Side raises->BB Military presses->DB Front Raises->BB Upright Rows
4 sets 8 reps each exercise
    40x8/40x8/40x8/40x8
    40x8/40x8/40x8/40x8
    40x8/40x8/40x8/40x8
    40x8/40x8/40x8/40x8
DB Rear raises superset into --> DB Shrugs
    40x10/150x10
    50x10/180x10
    60x10/200x10
    70x10/240x10
Side raises cable machine 60sec rest inbetween
    10x10
    15x10
    15x10
    20x8
    Machine Overhead Press
    80x10
    110x10
    140x9
    170x5
    Abs - leg raises
    2 sets of 15
    Treadmill
    20min jog
    20 minute cardio

    Supplements:
1 scoop CreaDyl Lemon Lime Pre-wo
    6 No-Beta Pre-wo
    1.5 scoop GlutaCene Intra
2 scoops XF Whey Lemonade Protein Post-wo
    1 scoop MyoFusion Before bed
    4 TestX6 Before bed

    Todays Thoughts:
I didn't expect todays workout to be hard but it was challenging. It challenged my endurance to conquer the supersets. It was my first dose of Lemon Lime CreaDyl and like the taste of it. It was neon green and someone actually questioned it. Well, taste was great and it gave me the energy to sustain continuous strength throughout my supersets. No-Beta gave me my usual focus and massive pumps. My shoulders were virtually wider with those delts pumped. I didn't feel any muscle aches or pains thanks to the GlutaCene. GlutaCene is beginning to grow on me, meaning, I can be addicted to it because of the brief hotness in my throat whenever I sip on it like an extra tingle saying, "keep going!"
Today was a good day, I even went to watch Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief with my family.
