i know that the high school/middle school football season is over, but i want to get a head start on my training. my main goal is to be a running back next football season.
my training program will be:
monday: weight lifting, speed and position work
tuesday: weight lifting, speed and position work
wednesday: rest
thursday: weight lifting, speed and position work
friday: weight lifting, speed and position work

Just got home from my friends house. i ran the forty yard dash ten times and here are the times
1. 6.90 seconds
2. 7.03 seconds
3. 6.91 seconds
4. 5.65 seconds
5. 6.37 seconds
6. 6.87 seconds
7. 6.75 seconds
8. 6.81 seconds
9. 7.00 seconds
10. 6.60 seconds
my times were really bad i feel like i could have done a little better
cant lift weights monday cuz im going to go watch UFC Fight Night Live
