If I am conditioning for basketball, what should I eat? Should I be on a traditional bulk, a cut, or maintainance?

ill bit!
eat carbs! carbs will fuel your workout! the conditioning is to get your body to a point where it fatigues less! it has nothing to do with your weight!
so you should eat enough to fuel you workouts! maybe alittle more calories will help but definently not less!-------------------------------www.Texas-AP.com--------------------------------------

Thanks for the above comment about carbs.
Im not talking about right before my workout, just throughout the day.
During the summer I will usually practice with the team in the morning (basketball), lift weights at school and then after an 8 hour break I will do footwork and plyometrics.
My goal during conditioning is to obviously get in better shape and maybe get a bit stronger. If I dont want to put on size, should I just eat maintainance?
