does it matter how i schedule the two squat days, im also deadlifting once a week

Give your self 48-72 hours of rest inbetween.
Ex:
Monday & Thursday
Tuesday & Friday
Wednesday & Saturday
If you going to add in the deadlift, (without knowledge of how stressful this workout is going to be) do one squat workout on Monday, the deadlift on Wednesday, and the second squat workout on Friday.Off-Season Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=120401851
