I get what your saying, watching guys lift heavier is more interesting, but i mean come on you can;t really use the "inb4" thing to try to discredit something and then list a whole **** load of accurate reasons for his training style.
training with my buddy the other day whose a hell of a lot bigger than me (hes 5 8, 235lb maybe 12% right now), hes incline benching 2 and a 25 for 5 or 6 slow controlled reps, next to him theres a 150lb guy doing the same weight for maybe even a few more reps, that kid is probably thinking "wow that guys weak im moving more weight then him" but maybe just MAYBE when that kid is moving the weight hes using secondary muscles to get it up, maybe hes not fully isolating the muscle at hand, maybe hes not actually focusing on 100% squeezing the **** out of that muscle as he pushes the weight up, maybe just maybe theres a reason why one of them has a near 100lb difference on the other... the weight you lift doesnt mean anything, even if it is entertainingmsn:

People need to stop using that its only a few weeks out from a competition type bull****, Ronnie was deadlifting 800lbs 5 weeks out from the olympia. Jay is doing what he's doing because he's not a heavy lifter, Pure and Simple! He chooses not to lift extremely heavy like ronnie did and it works for him, Stop using that Pre Contest bull****!

My post was serious, he doesnt train heavy. Are you saying he does train "heavy"?
ALL I AM SAYING IS
it would be cool to see Jay move some weight, it would be entertaining... its funny because i am a huge jay fan and ive met him a few times and consider him one of my favorite bbers/physiques of all time...
But... I havent seen jay squat 6-7 plates a side, or deadlift 6-7 plates a said, or bench 4-5 plates a side...
on the other hand
