Has anyone ever tried carb cycling? Curious of results.
Its basically low carbs on low activity days(arms) and high carbs on high activity days (legs). Too minimize fat gains i believe.
Heres what it looks like (got this from muscle & fitness magezine)
High Carb day- 2-3g carbs per pound bodyweight
Low carb/moderate day- 0.5-1.5g per pound bodyweight
opinions/speculations?
