I've read of a few national competitors that start creatine loading with 5 grams of pure monohydrate and water with every meal 3 days before a show to help volumize cells without spillover blurring definition. Any real-life experience with that?
I remember Big Cat saying he's done it in a post before. Big cat - what dosage/day out/mixture did you take? Please give me any details you have because this seems like a risky last minute trick but beverly international sometimes recommends it too!
