I was actually checking that one out. I found like 5 that I kinda found interesting, and this was one of them but I chose this one instead.

Interesting but its nothing special or new. Its the old basic. You lift heavy and you eat tons. Thats it. Simple. No need for any fancy routine. Left heavy, eat heavy and clean, rest when you should and get the hell over to that counter to redeem your mass.
