Boca Burgers

So we had some Boca Burgers laying around from a family cookout and out of curiousity I decided to try one. I have to say, they are not bad. They really do taste like a real burger especially if you put all the toppings on. They are alot healthier for you too. I am not going to start buying them or anything, but if you were wondering, they actually do taste good. FYI

veggie burgers are great for a quick fix... i've also tried morningstar's black bean burgers- those are awesome.

If I remember correctly they have soy isolate or something like that which promotes unhealthy estrogen levels in men.

I got to give this a try, 2$ for a box of BOCA's and if im lucky = a few LBS of catfish for the eatin

i hear hear, but turkey burger's r awesome, if u cook them with the proper spice's and such.

I like them too, but ground beef can be healthy as well.

Stick to 96/4 and you are good to go.

And no they won't dry out if you know how to cook them right.
