Depth looked ok
Are you trying for low bar squat or high bar squat?
If low bar:
Try to sit bak more man, remember, The hips move before the knees
Don't move ur head around..Stay super tight and fully concentrate on the movement
Hold you breath until you get bak to the top..Otherwise you will loose tightness

form looked ok. But I would drop 20 lbs look for a better form and do 2-4 reps.
do you want to build your over all squat? Look up box squats. give them a run for while along with the stance your using now. Add some deadlifts to the end of that routine, and i think you ll see your squat increase greatly.
I just did my best set lately at 285 lbs, and probably could have brought it up some more, but knocked out 4 reps. and still felt strong.Last edited by bueyescowboy; 01-09-2010 at 04:28 PM.
