Hurt biceps, cant straighten my arm.

Had back/bis yesterday, and I woke up with terrible pain in my biceps, the are constantly sore, I cant flex or touch them, and I cant straighten my arms out (Well, without it hurting extremely bad at least....)

and idea what happened, or what I can to to speed up the recovery time?
