    The way you ask questions just sounds like you aren't being serious, that's all.
    Like everybody's saying, this is simply trying to create a calorie-deficit, so your job is to lose bodyfat to show your abdominal definition. (In relation to your other thread). Check the linkes posted and do some research to find whatever works for you.
