    Best thermogenics

I have stayed away from thermogenics due to bad experiences way back (10 years or so), now I want to give them a shot.

I am considering Lipo6x/Black or Animal Cuts, but I am open to suggestions.
I went to GNC and I was told that Animal Cuts was no good and did not sell well, but based on the reviews on this site it seems like one of the favorite ones, I know, never trust the GNC salesperson.

Any suggestions based on personal experiences? Any other brand I should be looking at?

Ephedrine is the only thermogenic worth taking. I havent seen much value for anything else on the market

after alot of research i went with Xenedrine. its been 5 days since i started. I am down 1.5kg, but i have been sticking to strict diet, 40 mins cardio 3x and lifting moderate weight, so i might of had the same result without it. i will finish the course and them write a review.

first few days i had very mild nausea and trouble sleeping at night, but i seem to have overcome both those issues now.
    I rape back

I'm currently on Sub-Q (fusion bodybuilding), in 1 week I have lost 7 pounds with 1/2 an hour to 1 hour of cardio a day and 4 days lifting heavy. My calories are at a 600 deficit (not including exercise). I'm positive most of this is waterweight and keep in mind I have a very, very fast metabolism. Anyways, energy-wise it seems to be working very well. Animal cuts made me feel dizzy and weak, I even had to lift lighter to because I was so dead tired at some points. This feels more balanced, and I havent crashed so far.

Before you start thermogenics I suggest getting fish oil, multivitamins (animal pak is overrated), caffiene pills, and green tea. Don't go for the hardcore stuff first =P
