All you need to do is:
1. Eat a great pre-workout meal that any article on this site or the web will talk about.
2. Before your workout look at porn, have sex, masturbate, whatever makes you real hot and excited. BUT don't orgasm. If your orgasm it will exhaust you somewhat. Also don't over exert yourself doing this, and don't get blue balls.
3. go workout.
4. Do have a protein shake.
5. At this point you should unleash the floodgate before you go out in public.
(I have no clue what I'm talking about, and I don't know a damn thing about supplements, but it's helped me. I have noticed a difference. BRO SCIENCE BRO!)
