    Ab Size

    I know the amount of abs you see are determined by bodyfat %. But what exercises are good to get them to grow bigger and wider? I never had an 8 pack until last year, and the way I got it was from crunches (weighted and non). But they haven't grown at all since and look rather flat and small even with a very low bf.

    Im no expert, but i think your genetics are the main reason your abs look that way.

    Do weight decline leg raise, Flat bench leg raise with dumbbell wraped around your feet, weight crunches, weighted oblique twists, weighted every damn ab workout u can find. U should only b able to do 10 -12 max, or the weight are too light for you.
