Was just thinking of this
would it be beneficial to do sprints on a treadmill, but instead of doing a running motion, have both hands placed on the machine as if you were pushing it? and then using a flat back, and just running at a maximal speed (almost to emulate pushing someone on the line) and do this for variations of shorts amounts of time?

you could probably do this with a treadmill that isn't turned on. but you can't adjust resistance and you'll probably break it.
there's a gym by me that has a tredsled, but apparently you can't use it unless you're with a personal trainer. guess i won't be joining that gym.MISC STRENGTH CREW
