Hey all,
So I'm trying to cut and get lean by May, when I'll be taking a trip to the beach. I'm 5'9", 160 lbs, 18 years old, which put my BMR a little over 2000. I plan to lift, eat at deficit, blah blah blah. I attached a diet that I just wrote up, and some criticism or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
I left a pretty big deficit because while at school and getting food from my dining hall it's tough for me to weigh out everything like the chicken, rice, and salad, so I left some room more error so that if I overestimate it I'm still at a decent deficit.
