For those of you that take it, how many mg per day do you take it, and if you stack with caffeine, how many mg's of that do you stack it with?

25mg - 50mg along with 200-300mg of caffeine, on empty stomach 30 min before cardio.

I'm in the process of building up to the 3 X 20/200 right now, though I'm doing it at an accelerated rate, as I'm having no adverse reactions whatsoever. Stims work for me but don't hit too hard, ie no jitters unless I go stupid on the dosages. By day 5 I'll be at the full dosage. I tend to have periods of the day where I feel like I'm cooking a little bit inside. Nothing bad, just enough to let me know it's working.

Took doses at 0430, 0830, and 1230. Weights at 5PM. In bed and snoring at 915. Up at 430 this morning for cardio with no problem.

I'll be interested to see the results in a few weeks, probably at 8 weeks out from the show.

I usually do 25mg E with 200mg C, 1-2X daily when I run it.

For me at least, taking a dose before LISS is no big deal. My heart isn't thumping too hard, and I don't get my rate too high. I feel right as rain.

I did this same protocol except I did it 3x a day... I think that was way too much, I had the worst sleeps ever during that period. The 2nd time I knocked it down to 2x a day and my sleeping patterns were much better.

i take 25mg with 200mg of caffeine preworkout for energy, my favorite energy stack by far. if you take this stack 3x daily for 4 week cycles it is a great fat burner. just stay hydrated!
