Hi, so in order to build up a diet, I would first like to determine my BMR; however, many of the online websites give me ranges between 1500-2500 so I'm not really sure what it is. Is there anyway for me to get an accurate measure of what my BMR is? This is without any additional physical exercise (just the amount of calories it takes for my body to meet its daily needs).
My stats are:
Height: 5'8''
Weight: 117 lbs
Body Fat Percentage: 9-10%
Age: 18

You weigh 117 lbs. Don't worry about calories. Lift heavy, eat like a horse, and sleep well. Seriously.
