Maybe this is silly, but I have been sick for 2-3 days now and I am SO hungry. For the last month or so I have led a decently strict high protien-low calorie diet. Since im sick is it ok to go away from the diet? Does my body need calories to "fight back". I feel like eating my face off would help, but then again it could just be me being a pansy. Any Help?

You likely lost too much while you were sick...Even though you were probably not working out, your body uses a ton more calories putting itself into a fever. Yes...eat, but don't binge.
Will rep back 250+
