First H Drol cycle..

hey guys im about to do my first cycle of H drol while cutting (on keto)..
i just have questions that i would like to confirm before i start..
my cycle support will be milk thistle, hawthorn berry extract, saw palmetto now im just wondering what dosage and intervals you think i should take this..
also what dosage do u suggest i use with the H DROL??
and what PCT would u suggest.. im thinking nolva atm but i have read that Reversitol would be fine.. and with your recommendation can you post dosage and time span

here is some stats to help you decide 6" tall 195lb roughly 12%bf (top 2/4 abs are showing)
