hey guys ive been on keto since just before Christmas and loving the resualts.. this is my second time on keto first time was for only 3 or so weeks and i didnt macro count..
ive just started macro counting now and im wondering how this looks to you..
stats
start 206lb now 195.8lb
start say 16% (calipers) now 12% (using same person to measure and same points)

carbs were high cause this was my first day....

is there anything here i should raise/drop keeping in mind im trying to maintain my muscle and get just a lil leaner (say 9%)
