Well i got weight training for the 2nd semester which stats tomorrow. I think i have good genetics, Black and korean. Im 6'0 140 with real long arms and legs and a really low BF . I eat alot but its kinda hard to gain weight, i wanna keep this thread going until i get to about 185 yes serious. I have to gain weight anyways because spring football training is about to start and i might be the QB or Safety which i was told.. Well this is my current build
