Hi everybody .
I am a 29 years old man height : 178 and currently weight 88 kg.
I began Working out 1.5 months ago and my weight in that time was 95kg , i dropped 7kg and gained some muscles.
I need the professional advice for my supplement plan which am thinking to follow for the next 3 months
My Supplements :-
morning : 1 scoop of ON Whey protein "24 gram of protein"
snack : Animal Snack Bar "30 gram of protein"
pre-workout : 2 tablets from Superior Amino 2222 tabs "2 gram of protein"
1 scoop of Gaspari Superpump250
post-workout :2 tablets from Superior Amino 2222 tabs "2 gram of protein"
1 scoop of ON Whey protein "24 gram of protein"
1 shot from Twinlab Amino Fuel "15 gram of protein"
snack : Myoplex light Bar "15 gram of protein"
Grand Total of protein from supplements per day = 112 gram
My Nutrition diet :-
Breakfast : Oats with low fat milk
Snack : Apple or orange or any light fruit
lunch : Fish or grilled chicken or meat mixed with vegetables.
Dinner : Tuna Can with brown Bread or 3 Eggs with brown Bread.
My Training program will be Kris Gethin 12 weeks program (Twelve weeks to your future Physique)
Am training 5 days a week and am following 30 minutes cardio after each workout day.
My Goal is to loose as much fat "specially from my belly & chest area" and Gain as much muscle.
I need professionals advice on my above diet,supplements & training on what i shall add/remove and if the above can meet my goals or not.
And how many days/months approximately it will take for me to reach my goals if i took the right supplements with the right diet and training.

first of all , thank you for your fast reply to me.
and regarding the multi you mentioned above do u mean multi-vitamin ? am already taking it " i forget to mention the same"
but for fish oil am not having this one - which brand you advice me to buy ? and when shall i take it ? pre-workout or post-workout ? or it doesn't matter when.
1 more question regarding the meals , can i consider protein bars as a meal or not ? and how much intake of calories u advice me to take per day ?

Yes, multivitamin.
Fish oil i'd go with Controlled Labs Orange OxiMega.
