I'm a body building work out newbie lol. My regimen consists of cardio 5 times/wk, upper body M,W, F and Lower on Tuedsay and Thursday. I do treadmill for cardio so I figure I'd give the lower body two days only because I'm figuring it gets worked during my cardio anyway. Not sure how accurate that thinking is but until I learn more this is what I'm doing lol.
I'm still in the cutting stage. Eating clean also. Measuring my food according to ratios and all that. I'm carb sensitive so I'm trying a 40/40/20 ratio. Eating clean for a while now but the ratios is new to me so we'll see how that goes. Got about 15lbs to go I guess before I see any abs I'm guessing....maybe....
So research says that Xtend is a good product for energy and recovery. I 'm ready to purchase but I was wondering which flavor is the favorite here among Xtend users. I'm also doing Isopure low carb protein. It's my only supplement so far and it's delicious and working pretty good so far.
