I thought I would start a new thread that signifies my new start. Most of you that know me know I haven't been around here much in the last 4-5 months and I have been going through a rough patch with my diet and training. I'm going to post a picture from around March 2009 and one from January 3rd 2010 just to show you how I have struggled with my diet and training. I don't really want to compare the two but I need to do this so it will force me to get back at it. I'm almost back to my weight of 199 lbs when I started training back in Sept. 2008. I've worked to hard to go back.
I haven't worked out or stuck to my diet in 4 months and it shows. My arm is still giving me problems from time to time but I'm going to train accordingly. I will be starting on CHA 1600 diet and doing cardio for 40 mins 5x weekly. I will start lifting again next week but it will be with light weights.

Bodyfat - 17%
I remember when my bodyfat was 10% in May......ugggghhhhh!!!!!

Ummmm......WOW....someone put lots of fat on in the last 5 months (I don't mean from March 09 til now) but more like from August 09 till now.
Well there ya go!!! I will be saying goodbye to all that fat again and hello to a new me!!!
