I'm currently a student. Just turning 22 years old. So, I sit on my ass all day and walk around campus to class. Though, I go to the gym everyday and do a full-body workout for 60min. I workout with full effort(no light lifting). That's M/W/F for weights. T/R/Sa I do 60min spin class. It's hard stationary biking. If I miss that class I'll go for a 2 mile jog. So I'm kind of sedentary most of the day except when I workout. And I do so every day. So, what kind of activity level is that and how many calories should I be consuming to lose fat? I'm 6' 1" 182lb ~13% bf and I'm trying to get to single digits while maintaining my muscle mass. I'm sorry if I don't include macros. I just want to know if this is a clean enough diet. I've lost weight pretty quick lately so... critique please. I def. see my belly getting smaller.
Breakfast:
Frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries) - 1 cup
Whey Protein - 1.5 scoops
Oatmeal - 2 cups
Flax - 2 scoops
All blended together into a shake. Ice + water added.
Snack:
Casein Protein - 1 scoop
Lunch:
Salmon (workout days w/ brown rice)
Workout:
Pre - 24g whey + 40g waximaize + creatine ethyl ester HCL + performance vitamin
Post - 24g whey + 40g waximaize + ^
Dinner:
Steak
Snack:
fat free cottage cheese + udo's oil
Prebed:
24g Casein protein
